We are a restaurant with privileged views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Our cuisine is based on the Mediterranean essence with a clear Hawaiian accent.
We are faithful to our philosophy of using high quality ingredients brought from all over the world with a Hawaiian touch.

We are very proud of being able to perform the authentic poke in the purest Hawaiian style.

Javier Varela, our executive chef has created the most original recipes, combined with the unbeatable taste of our Josper charcoal oven.
